Some people start the year with a detox. Others do it periodically as part of an on-going healthy living routine. Still others do it after a trip to a foreign country or after some other type of significant event. I don’t feel there is a right or wrong answer. If you’re having health challenges, doing a cleanse up to four times a year may benefit you. If you’ve been living a healthy life style and doing/eating things that naturally detoxify you, you may not need to do a conventional cleanse.
Some things you can do routinely that help detoxify you are:
- Eat organic and avoid all synthetic substances. Doing this frees your body to dump any toxins that have accumulated.
- Good exercise with lots of pure water. Your body will expell the toxins as you prespire and replace them with pure water.
- Using pure therapeutic grade essential oils assist the body in cleaning receptor sites of cells so they can operate and communicate with other cells properly.
