I’ve listened to over 500 teleseminars this year on healthy living. Topics have included how to help the body balance conditions like cancer, alzheimer’s and diabetes. There have also been talks about the gut microbiome, detoxing, healthy fats, vaccines, supplements, and so much more. While there are differences between the experts, there are some things they have in common. These are the elements that stand out to me:
- Eleminate wheat, dairy, sugar, industrial oils (canola, sunflower, etc.), GMO foods and empty carbhohydrates.
- Eat healthy fats like nuts, seeds, avocado, and coconut.
- Exercise moderately – many different ideas about the best way to do this. But the overall theme is to get moving. Avoid sitting at a desk all day if possible.
- Eliminate and avoid stress. The recent research on epigenetics shows that foods will act differently in the body depending on the state of emotion. In other words, an organic spinach salad will not benefit a body that is stressed out as much as it will a body that is calm and relaxed.
- Avoid chemical and electromagnetic exposure as much as possible. This alone would provide material for a 40 hour teleseminar. Glyphosate (Round-Up) research is mounting and it is pretty scarey.
- Get a good night sleep every night. There are many important bodily functions that happen while the body is sleeping. Without the proper rest, these things don’t happen and can cause harm.
