I have been using essential oils for everything since 2001. I started out wanting to make a non-toxic air freshener for a little business I had. And that was it for me. I’ve been breathing oils, cleaning with oils, drinking and eating food containing oils, washing and moisturizing with oils, and taking oil infused supplements containing ever since. I always have them with me. I dab a bit under my nose any time I smell a chemical or synthetic fragrance so that the exposure doesn’t harm me. I use peppermint at the gym to help support my exercise goals, lavender to freshen my hands, orange oil on my tooth brush with Thieves toothpaste to help whiten my teeth, and so much more.
